Laryngitis, assistive technology and humility

Great article by an assistive technology professional!  If you get laryngitis, try using writing, typing, and other nonspeech methods to communicate face-to-face. You'll learn a bit about the barriers people who cannot speak encounter--and about how you can be a better listener—as did the author of this article.
